Shipping policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through zimastore.co.uk are produced, dispatched and delivered.

Zima Store is operated by Matheus Zimmermann, a sole trader trading as Zima Store.

1. Print-on-demand production

Most Zima Store products are made to order. We use third-party print-on-demand manufacturers and fulfilment providers, including Printify and print providers operating through the Printify network.

Production begins after your order has been accepted and submitted for fulfilment. Products are not normally held as finished stock before an order is placed.

Most orders are produced and dispatched within approximately 2–7 business days after being submitted for production. However, this is an estimate and may vary depending on the product, print provider, stock availability, order size, seasonal demand and quality-control requirements.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

2. Delivery destinations

We deliver only to the countries, regions and postcodes made available during checkout.

If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we cannot currently deliver the selected product to that location.

Some products, sizes, colours or shipping methods may not be available in every destination.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the product price unless the product page, promotion or checkout expressly states that delivery is free.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • The product ordered;
  • The number of items;
  • The print provider;
  • The delivery destination;
  • The shipping method;
  • Whether the items can be produced and shipped together.

Printify shipping costs vary by product type, print provider, shipping method and destination and are not included in the product’s production price.

4. Estimated delivery times

The total estimated delivery timeframe includes:

  1. The time required to manufacture the product; and
  2. The courier’s delivery time after dispatch.

Any production, dispatch or delivery timeframe shown on our website, during checkout, in an order confirmation or in tracking information is an estimate unless we expressly confirm that a particular date is guaranteed.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and normally within 30 days after your order contract is formed, as required under applicable UK distance-selling rules.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.

5. Fulfilment locations

Products may be manufactured and dispatched from different locations depending on:

  • The product ordered;
  • The selected print provider;
  • Product and garment availability;
  • The delivery destination;
  • Production capacity;
  • Any order-routing or fulfilment-network settings.

We cannot guarantee that every product will be manufactured or dispatched from the United Kingdom unless this is expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Your purchase contract remains with Zima Store, regardless of which company manufactures, fulfils or delivers your order.

Please direct all questions, complaints and delivery enquiries to Zima Store rather than contacting Printify or the print provider directly.

6. Separate parcels

Products in the same order may be:

  • Manufactured by different providers;
  • Dispatched from different facilities;
  • Sent using different couriers;
  • Delivered on different dates;
  • Assigned separate tracking numbers.

Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that your entire order has been delivered.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees after checkout merely because an order is divided into separate parcels, unless you expressly agree to an additional charge.

7. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation containing a tracking link or tracking number after your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take time to become active after the courier receives the parcel.

The courier used may vary depending on the print provider, destination and available delivery service.

8. Delivery addresses

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Please check the following carefully:

  • Recipient’s full name;
  • House or building number;
  • Street name;
  • Flat or unit number, where applicable;
  • Town or city;
  • Postcode;
  • Country;
  • Email address and telephone number.

Contact us immediately if you discover an error.

We will attempt to correct the address, but changes may not be possible after an order has entered production or been prepared for dispatch.

9. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Where delivery fails because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to the courier, fulfilment provider, print provider or another returns facility.

If this happens, contact us so that we can review the available options.

Where the failure resulted from incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional production or delivery charges may apply before the order can be produced or shipped again.

We will explain any additional charge and obtain your agreement before arranging a replacement or redelivery.

This does not apply where the address error or delivery failure was caused by Zima Store, the print provider or the courier.

10. Missed, refused or unclaimed deliveries

Customers are responsible for following reasonable courier instructions and collecting parcels from a collection point where required.

A parcel may be returned if:

  • Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful;
  • The parcel was not collected;
  • The recipient refused delivery;
  • The address could not be located;
  • The courier could not obtain information needed to complete delivery.

If your order is returned as refused, unclaimed or undeliverable, contact us.

Additional shipping or reproduction charges may apply where the return was not caused by an error by Zima Store, the print provider or the courier.

11. Delivery delays

Production or delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances such as:

  • High seasonal demand;
  • Garment or product shortages;
  • Production or quality-control problems;
  • Courier disruption;
  • Severe weather;
  • Industrial action;
  • Public holidays;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Incorrect delivery information;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

If an order is materially delayed, contact us at zimastoreadmin@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the fulfilment provider or courier and explain the available options.

Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

12. Lost parcels

Contact us if:

  • Your tracking has not updated for an unusual period;
  • The estimated delivery period has passed; or
  • You believe the parcel has been lost.

We may ask you to:

  • Confirm the delivery address;
  • Check around the delivery property;
  • Check any designated safe place;
  • Ask household members or neighbours;
  • Check for a courier collection notice;
  • Contact the local delivery depot where appropriate.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier or fulfilment provider.

Where an order has been lost or has not been properly delivered, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

13. Parcels marked as delivered

If tracking states that your parcel was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Before contacting us, please check:

  • Around the delivery property;
  • Any safe place you authorised;
  • With members of your household;
  • With immediate neighbours;
  • Any delivery photograph or notice provided by the courier.

We will review the available delivery information and raise an investigation where appropriate.

A tracking status stating “delivered” does not remove any statutory rights you may have if the goods were not actually delivered to you, someone authorised by you or a location specifically authorised by you.

14. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives:

  • Damaged;
  • Faulty;
  • Misprinted;
  • Incorrect;
  • Materially different from its product description.

Email zimastoreadmin@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your name;
  • Your order number;
  • A description of the problem;
  • Clear photographs of the product;
  • Photographs of the packaging;
  • A photograph of the shipping label, where available.

Please do not return or dispose of the item until we have reviewed the issue and provided instructions.

Faulty, damaged and incorrect products are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

15. International deliveries

Where international delivery is available, the order may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, local taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges imposed after dispatch.

Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside our direct control.

We recommend reviewing the applicable import rules before ordering.

16. Changing an order

Contact us immediately if you need to change:

  • The delivery address;
  • The size or colour;
  • The product variant;
  • Any other order information.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after the order is placed.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed. If the requested change cannot be made, you may need to follow the cancellation or return process set out in our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.

17. Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

We will attempt to stop production where possible. However, a cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Zima Store.

If production or dispatch cannot be stopped, you may need to receive and return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation rights applying to standard, non-personalised products.

18. Delivery risk

Responsibility for loss or damage normally passes to you when the goods are physically delivered to:

  • You;
  • A person identified or authorised by you to receive them; or
  • A safe place or other location specifically authorised by you.

Where you independently arrange for a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are handed to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Returns

Do not return products to Printify, a print provider or an address shown on the original parcel unless Zima Store specifically instructs you to do so.

Return eligibility, return postage and refund arrangements are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
